Chenin Blanc: This 100% Chenin Blanc's first-run juice is transferred into large oak casks. After a slow fermentation lasting over a month, the wine is racked and returned to barrels for aging on fine lees for six months. Displaying a beautiful pale yellow hue, it is a rich wine that nonetheless retains a lovely freshness. The nose is powerful, featuring notes of pear and apple with subtle woody undertones. The palate is ample, lingering, and mineral.

Sauvignon Blanc: Open the bottle, pour a few ounces in a large glass, smell... It is an aromatic exaltation that invades you, first with freshness, then come the aromas of peach, passion fruit, lychee, boxwood and blackcurrant buds. On the palate, we always feel the freshness, but by circulating the wine, the explosion of flavors is not long in coming.

Chardonnay: Aromas of brioche, banana, due to our light and supple terroir. Fermented and aged new oak barrels resulting in toasted brioche and aromas of almond, hazelnut and apricot.
